PRODUCT CHANGES


Changes are accepted provided that:

• You have contacted our online store within 3 working days of receipt of the product (+30 210 557 7974 or info@melira.com.gr).

• The products are in the same condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, i.e. they are in their original (factory) condition.

• The product is accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice.   

If you wish to change the products, you purchased from our online store, you must notify us at +30 210 557 7974 stating the date/number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the change within the above deadline. If the product you received is not what you ordered (other code, design, color, etc.) the return and shipment of the new one is at our expense.

In case of an order error by you, any change will be subject to the return and shipping costs

The address to which the return products should be sent is our offices at Palaion Patron Germanou Str. (Velanidies Location), Aspropyrgos 19300.


 WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS


In the case of the conclusion of a distance contract with a consumer, withdrawal shall be possible only within 14 days of receipt. In case of a valid withdrawal in order to return all your money, the product must be delivered to our headquarters at the expense of the sender (Palaion Patron Germanou Str. (Velanidies Location), Aspropyrgos 19300), be in its original packaging (closed packaging) and condition, and meet the other conditions set by law and the general terms of our store. After 14 days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal it is not possible to return the products you have purchased. There is no right of withdrawal in case of delivery by opening the package (check before receipt of the product).

Returns shall be accepted provided that:

If you wish to return products purchased from our online store you must notify us at +30 210 557 7974 indicating date - purchase receipt number as well as reason for return within that period. Once the return is arranged, the address you must send back the products to is in our offices at Palaion Patron Germanou Str. (Velanidies Location), Aspropyrgos 19300. If you send via courier, you must:

1. Pack the product in a larger box to be protected during shipment.

2. Put in the package that you have made a document in that indicates how you want to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return. 

3. Send the package.


Please note that the return costs are charged to the customer.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense. For more information we are always at your disposal either by phone at +30 210 557 7974 or via e-mail at info@melira.com.gr.

To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and whether their packaging is intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.), even if from our side we check the products before they are sent. In case you find a defect you should contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next business day at +30 210 557 7974 or at info@melira.com.gr. In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to make their return, your refund will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive the products. The refund will be made by crediting the account that you will give us.
